[Wadabo_updates] West African Dance with Fatou-Carol

West African Dance with Fatou-Carol will begin again on Friday September
11, 2009 from 6 - 7:30 PM at the Dance Complex in Central Sq Cambridge

Come enjoy a spirited dance class including a warm up that includes
stretching, strengthening and aerobic exercises that inform African
dance technique and offer the opportunity to move with Spirit to the
rhythm. Once again Fatou-Carol will focus on one or two traditional
West African dances per session. The first two sessions will be five
weeks long and the third one four weeks long ending on Dec. 18, 2009.
