1) Seydou Coulibaly is back after his annual
learning/teaching/taking-a-group-to-Mali trip to Mali and then
teaching a series of master classes in Japan. As always, his class is
at 7:30 - 9 pm at the Dance Complex (536 Mass Ave, Cambridge, MA -
Central Square stop on the Red Line). Class is $12, and drop-ins are
always welcome. Live drumming from the best drummers in town accompany
2) Uhuru Afrika's monthly dance party amazingness is happening this
busy busy weekend. Come by after seeing some of your friends dance.

The movement combines the spirit and technique of West African, Afro-Caribbean,
Afro-Brazilian and contemporary dance styles. Wear comfortable clothing and bare
feet (or flat dance shoes).
Repertory class structure will include opportunities for student showings.
