[Wadabo_updates] Capoeira @ SpringStep

New session of Afro-Brazilian Capoeira begins this week
PRE-REGISTRATION BY TUESDAY, 3/3 is REQUIRED!

Learn and train in Brazilian Capoeira sequentially in a consistent
group, with Instrutora Sereia of ABADA Capoeira. Sereia is a masterful
player and teacher, and the ABADA style of capoeira fosters
confidence, agility, teamwork, versatility, community, and introduces
the history and culture of this beautiful martial art/dance and its
music.

With this 5-week session for adults, you'll get a well rounded taste of all the
elements if you're a beginner, and a great opportunity to train if
you're more experienced. Challenging and powerful, beautiful and
graceful, this is something to try with an excellent teacher, in a low pressure,
welcoming environment.

Session for CHILDREN 8-13 years old also begins Wed, 5:00pm.
This is a self confidence building, energy channeling opportunities
for boys and girls to build skills, learn teamwork and cooperation,
and refine their physical strength and agility.

5-week session starts next Wed March 4, 6:15-7:30pm for adults,
5-6:15 for kids.
(another 6 week session starts after that if you crave continuity!)
