Trip to Mali - July 2011

Still time to sign up for summer 2011 program at Yeredon Center for the Arts

4 weeks in Bamako, Mali, West Africa, hosted by Seydou Coulibaly. If you can't make this year, you can plan your own trip anytime, or go with Seydou in 2012.

Daily classes in dance, drumming, music, language, culture + more :: Study with some of Mali's finest artists and scholars, learning first-hand the artistic and cultural traditions of Mali & West Africa

Engage with the culture at local ceremonies, cultural events, markets, Bamako sites and nightlife, and travel to traditional villages and historical landmarks

Develop research & service projects :: Work with local organizations to activate projects in the community and research initiatives that culminate your time in Mali
