[Wadabo_updates] Call for Dancers

Dear African Dance Community,
Choreographer, Wendy Jehlen, is looking for dancers with backgrounds
in Contemporary dance, African dance, Capoeira, Indian dance, Contact,
Butoh, and any combination thereof. She will have a concert in the
Spring in Boston and in the fall in New York, for starters.

If you are interested in auditioning, please attend Wendy's Int. Modern
dance class on Tuesdays 6-7:30PM at the Dance Complex. If you are interested
but cannot attend the class, let her know. Please email her with any

Intermediate Modern Dance with Wendy Jehlen - Tuesdays, 6-7:30pm, $12
8 weeks Sept 2 - Oct 21
Contemporary dance - this class will incorporate elements of Modern
Dance, Bharata Natyam, Kuchipudi and Odissi (South Indian classical
dance), yoga, Capoeira (Brazilian martial art) and African Dance. We
will work with new choreography each week as well as developing
phrases over several weeks. Dancers of all backgrounds are welcome,
however students need previous dance experience.
