Dear African Dance & Drum Community,

Jean Appolon is dedicating his
Haitian Dance Class
Saturday, January 6th, 1:30-3:00pm

to the memory of our friend, the late
Alex Ferdinand

It is our intention to remember and celebrate Alex's life with positive energy through dance & music!!
Please bring photos, sentimental items, flowers, or any offering for a memorial altar.
Please arrive on time at 1:30pm so we will have time to set up the altar and dedicate it to Alex.

This event is open to all in the miriad of communities that Alex lived, worked and danced with who want to honor her.
Former students of Alex are particularly encouraged to participate -
All EnMotion or other former students are $10
All others $13.00

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Alexandra Ferdinand Memorial Fund.

If you would like to donate to the memorial fund please contact:
Cambridge Teacher's Federal Credit Union
459 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02139
617.492.3212 tel.
Any money given will be donated to a charity that her family feels Alex would have supported.

If any more information surfaces about these or other events I will post another email.
Peace to all, keep Alex and her family in your thoughts & prayers.
